Nathalie Maubon, PhD / founder, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chief Scientific Officer (CSO is a senior Biology R&D team manager and project leader in HCS Pharma. With 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical research (public research, pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology company), she is a specialist in the development and automation of robust in vitro cellular models for pre-clinical research in high-throughput screening (HCS, HTS, ADMET). She also led R&D programmes related to screening and hit finding until clinical candidates. She hold several positions from managing projects to general direction (Fournier, Solvay, Abbott and Xenoblis companies), managing teams and services. She decided to create HCS Pharma with the goal to improve in vitro cellular models by reproducing the full complexity of an organ: the cells in a specific microenvironment. In this goal, Nathalie has internalized a new and unique technology, BIOMIMESYS®. BIOMIMESYS® culture technology is a groundbreaking technology faithfully reproduces the natural microenvironment of the cells of a target organ.
