CEO e fondatore dello European Digital Assets Exchange (EDSX) una delle prime piattaforme in Europa che tratta token di tipo “security” nel mercato primario e secondario. È globalmente riconosciuto come uno dei pionieri e main advisor nella tecnologia Blockchain. È il coordinatore dello Swiss Innovation Hub (SIH) per lo sviluppo e la promozione dell’innovazione tech in Svizzera ed Europa.

AREE DI ATTIVITÁ

Si occupa di corporate finance tradizionale (M&A, venture capital, private equity, fondi europei) con un focus particolare sul mondo fintech in cui ha seguito numerose operazioni di raccolte di capitale in blockchain: ICO, IDO, IEO, STO.

Ha creato una delle prime piattaforme europee per eseguire il listing e lo scambio di security token (EDSX).

Coordina il team dell’Hub Svizzero di Innovazione ed il suo team IT per lo sviluppo tecnico di tecnologia.

ESPERIENZA PROFESSIONALE

Mauro Andriotto è stato ricercatore a contratto presso il Centro CReSV dell’Università Bocconi prima di diventare responsabile dei metodi quantitativi di EY per il Sud Europa.

Ha poi fondato Andriotto Financial Services in Svizzera, boutique finanziaria specializzata in corporate finance e finanza digitale su blockchain e lo European Digital Assets Exchange (EDSX www.edsx.ch), una delle prime piattaforme in Europa in grado di trattare token anche di tipo “security”.

È il coordinatore dell’Hub Svizzero di Innovazione.

È stato anche membro di giuria del Consiglio di Innovazione Europeo e advisor di Commissione Europea; oltre che docente di finanza e metodi quantitativi di analisi di rischio presso: Università Bocconi, SDA Bocconi, Università di Pisa e UBIS Geneve.

È membro fondatore e siede nel board della Camera di Commercio Svizzera per la Finanza Digitale e la Blockchain.

È nell’advisory board di diverse società e family office con competenze sul mondo fintech, oltre che membro del cda di diverse società svizzere.

Partecipa come speaker a numerose conferenze e convegni a livello internazionale su temi di finanza e blockchain.

Mauro Andriotto is CEO & Founder of European Digital Assets Exchange (EDSX), one of the first platform in Europe dealing with Security Tokens in primary and secondary market. He is globally recognized as one of the pioneers and main advisors of Blockchain tech. He is the coordinator of Swiss Innovation Hub (SIH) for the development and the promotion of innovative tech in Switzerland and Europe.

AREA OF ACTIVITY

He provides services related to traditional Corporate Finance area (M&A, venture capital, private equity, European Grants) but also with a particular focus on Fintech: he has been the advisor of many companies launching fundraising through the Blockchain technology: ICO, IDO, IEO, STO.

He founded one of the first European platforms for listing and exchange of Security Tokens (EDSX).

He supervises the Swiss Innovation Hub and through its team provides also IT services to startups, SMEs and corporations.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mauro Andriotto started its career as a researcher at the “Centro CReSV” of Bocconi University before becoming the quantitative leader of the Risk Advisory subservice line of EY for South Europe.

He founded Andriotto Financial Services in Switzerland, a financial boutique specialized in corporate finance and digital finance on Blockchain and the European Digital Assets Exchange (EDSX www.edsx.ch), one of the first platform in Europe able to deal with Security Tokens.

He is the Managing Director of the Swiss Innovation Hub.

He’s been a jury member of the European Innovation Council and advisor of the European Commission; other than being a professor of finance and quantitative methods of risk analysis at Bocconi University, SDA Bocconi, Pisa University and UBIS Geneve.

He is a founder and board member of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce for the Digital Finance and Blockchain.

He is part of the advisory board of various institutions and family offices and a board member of several Swiss companies.
